JCPenney Survey – 15% Coupon

Customers who fill out the JCPenney survey get 15% off their next purchase.

JCPenney is one of America’s leading retailers. Although sale promotions are fairly frequent, they’re not always on when you want them. Luckily, the JCPenney Survey 15% Coupon is available!

The 15% discount is available to customers who fill out the JCPenney customer satisfaction survey. You have to purchase something first, though, because you’ll need the special code printed on your JCPenney receipt in order to access the survey.

Once you have your receipt, simply visit www.jcp.com/survey or talktojcpenney.com with your web browser to access the online survey. Choose the language you want to use (the survey is available in English or in Spanish) and enter the special code from your receipt into the form. After the code is validated, you will be presented with a short survey asking for your feedback on your JCPenney shopping experience. Please take the time to fill out the survey as accurately as possible, JCPenney goes to a lot of effort to track customer satisfaction. Be sure to note any examples of good or bad service wherever you see it, especially good service — compliments are heard much less often than complaints!

Your reward for completing the survey is a 15% discount coupon good for regular price purchases at any JCPenney store. You can only receive and use one coupon every 30 days, so be sure to use it for your more expensive JCPenney purchases.

Important tip: You can’t access the coupon once you leave the survey, so make sure you print it out right then and there.

If you have problems printing the coupon, don’t close the browser window. Take a screenshot of the browser window by pressing the Alt and Prnt Scrn buttons simultaneously. (This is on Windows, and you may also need to press a function key depending on your keyboard.) Start Microsoft Word or a similar program — any word processor or image editing program will do. Paste the screenshot that’s now in the clipboard onto a blank document/picture and save that to your desktop. When your printer is fixed, you can load the document/image and print it.
